Customer Service Consultant, Full Time, £13,303, Chester
Our client a well known organisation are looking for Customer Service Consultant to join their expanding team. Your role will involve taking inbound calls from customers regarding basic enquires and transactions. You will also help customers choose products and services that suit their needs.
You will need to have a friendly, helpful personality that people naturally warm to. And while previous contact centre experience would be nice, its by no means essential. As long as your enthusiastic, accurate, confident on the phone, were sure you will make a great addition to the team.
Hours: The contact centre is open between 8am - 8pm so you will need to be flexible.
