This is a Search Contact Centres vacancy, we are operating as a recruitment business.
My client a large Scottish based collections agency are currently recruiting for their branch in Chester. You will be making outbound calls to customers who have fallen into arrears with their accounts, arranging repayment schedules to best fit both the customer and the business and following up accounts.
Hours of work are 8.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday with one 11.30 - 20.00 1 day a week and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.
Candidates will be considered who have call centre experience and those who have working in banking or collections will be at an advantage.
