Candidate Relationship Manager
Altrincham
Excellent basic salary - OTE £27k-£30k
Are you a real people person with a desire for a more engaging and customer facing role? Would you enjoy working with, and influencing, senior finance professionals and entrepreneurial business leaders? If so, then a role in recruitment as a Candidate Relationship Manager in our RK Catalyst business, which deals exclusively in FD and FC appointments in VC backed and AIM listed businesses, could be just what you are looking for.
It's an incredibly challenging role that requires someone with an infectious enthusiasm who will represent, develop and help grow RK Catalyst. You will source and approach Finance Directors and Financial Controllers and persuade them that RK Catalyst can help them with their next career move. You will also build on our relationships with intermediaries such as VCs, Bankers and Corporate Financiers, in order to identify vacancies in their investments.
All this requires someone who can combine their current knowledge of the financial sector, with the ability to draw on a variety of disciplines including marketing, research and business development. This is a truly varied and satisfying role which offers strong career development opportunities within recruitment.
