Part Time Collections Specialists
16 - 25hrs per week, Evenings and Weekends
Based in Chester,
£7.71 phr + bonus + a Total Reward Package
Search Consultancy are proud to be working in partnership with a leading banking organisation who have established themselves as a familiar face on every high street.
This is an exciting opportunity to join their expanding Collections and Recoveries team based from prestigious offices in Chester. As a Collections Specialist you will listen to your customers and help find them ways to repay their outstanding debts. You will do this by using your excellent communication and negotiation skills to agree payment plans and payment promises with your customers. Whilst nurturing them into seeing the importance of repaying their outstanding debts.
This is a highly customer focused environment where providing excellent service will be key, as will an ability to work to targets in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for candidates who have a real flair for helping customers and whom can demonstrate proven customer service experience together with good negotiation skills.

The working hours are part time with a minimum of 16 hours a week, maximum 25hrs, with a combination of nights and weekends.
