Position Description

We’re looking for someone to take control of one of our famous Full Service Restaurants, the place where our customers come to dine and have a great time. You’ll be there to run every aspect of this busy operation, from training and recruitment right through to budgeting and marketing.
Make no mistake - running one of our restaurants is no walk in the park. It’ll be down to you to make sure customers are happy, profits are healthy and team morale is kept sky-high. So if it’s a full-on, fast-paced business challenge you’re after, this is most definitely it.
Required Experience
Confident and credible, you’ll be someone who’s led teams with real success before. You’ll have proven your management flair in a pressurised, customer-driven environment. A real stickler for perfection, you’ll know how to deliver the highest standards of customer service. But at the same time, you’ll also have the business acumen needed to drive revenue and sales.
