Collections Advisor - Chester - £14050-£18000 Basic plus bonus.
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for our client, a global financial services company within their collections and recoveries call centre.
You will be responsible for receiving and initiating calls to collect outstanding debt on unsecured loans and credit cards. This will include negotiating and agreeing payment arrangements with all parties in accordance with objectives and client dead lines. Full training is given, therefore experience is not essential - we are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals who are looking for stability, the opportunity to further develop their skills, and progress within the company.
The role will require you to be flexible between the hours of 8-9 Monday to Sunday, working on a shift basis. A typical shift will consist of week 1:- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 3pm - 9pm, Sat 8am - 4pm, Sun 9am - 2pm, and week 2:- Mon,Tues, Thurs, Fri 8am - 5.30pm, with Weds, Sat and Sun off.
