Job Description:
Working within our high value call centre your duties will include:
Providing excellent customer service to high spend customers
Answering incoming calls within agreed levels
Dealing with a variety of customer queries including tariff advice, upgrade requests, technical queries and product enquiries
Keeping up to date with competitors current offers and promotions
Monitor and manage own daily and weekly performance
Skills Required:
Warm, customer focused attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
Ability and interest to learn about mobile phone technology.
I.T. literate.
After an initial 7 week training period, your shifts will be based around a 5 week rota, working 4.5 days out of 7, the earliest start time is 10am and the latest finish time is 10.30pm with 2 full weekends off within the 5 week rota.
