A temporary purchase ledger clerk is urgently required in St Helens for a leading distribution company

You will be responsible for maintaining the purchase ledger and your daily duties will include:

• Processing high volume of invoices (4-500p/w)
• Dealing with bank and statement reconciliations
• Handling supplier queries and resolving effectively
• General office duties including filing, faxing and photocopying
• Ad-hoc duties as requested

You will ideally have previous experience of the above duties, as well as exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. An understanding or Microsoft Excel would also be advantageous.
