Job Description
Working within the Online Search department of a rapidly expanding Manchester based business, analysing all aspects of online search advertising and related sales data in order to identify and promote key online growth strategies. As a truly internationally company our clients have websites available in 20 different languages and they currently hold market leading positions in several of our key international source markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the development and application of a range of statistical and analytical techniques for application to a wealth of global web search and sales revenue data in order to identify underlying patterns driving growth and profit streams.
- Analyse key drivers promoting traffic from main online search sources (Google, Yahoo! and MSN).
- Combine web search data with in-house sales data to understand emerging patterns in terms of areas of growth or high margin yields.
Volume and CPA targets.
- Ongoing reporting of these results to senior management
- Assist in the bid management of existing online advertising programs.
- Ongoing analysis of results, continuous optimisation and improvement of campaigns to achieve and exceed
Key Attributes/Skills Required:
- Fluent in one or more European Language (ideally German)
- An interest and some knowledge of PPC marketing campaign strategy
- High level of IT literacy
- Self motivated and original thinker
- Organisational and planning skills
Desirable Skills/Attributes:
- Previous experience in managing large PPC campaigns
- Solid grounding in Statistical Analysis
- Fluent English Written and Verbal Knowledge of web analytics
- Proven ability in problem solving with focus on asking the right questions as well as seeking to answer them
