An excellent opportunity has arisen for our client based in Warrington for a HR Advisor. The key purpose of this role shall be providing first line support to various line managers throughout the business and dealing with general employee relations issues. The HR Advisor will be reporting to the HR Manager supporting on all generalist responsibilities that may arise. Our client is looking for a HR Advisor who is CIPD qualified with the following skills: a confident and driven individual who can manage a demanding workload; a good knowledge of Employment Relations & HR Policy; capable of advising on all levels; skills gained in a similar role and strong communications skills.
