A exciting opportunity to start a permanent job immediately within a expanding call centre.

The key sectors we service include telecoms, media financial services and retail.

Starting salaries are £14,000 (raising to £14,500 after six months) with bonuses taking this to £20,000 +

Role

• Achieving sales targets both daily and monthly
• Ensuring that the customers requirements are met
• Ensuring that every call is made to an excellent quality

Skills required

• To work as part of a team in a professional contact centre environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work in a target driven environment

Experience

• 3-6 months sales experience
• Non contact center work is acceptable
• Previous experience of working with internal and/or external customers or though not essential
• Basis IT skills preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
