REVISED HOURS!

PART-TIME (EVENING & WEEKENDS) - Revised Hours!
OUTBOUND SALES ADVISORS (Call Centre)
£7.75ph BASIC + MONTHLY BONUS
BASED: WARRINGTON (Free Parking)

CHOICE OF WORKING PATTERNS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
3 Evenings (Mon – Fri - 5.30pm – 9pm) + 1 full day (Sat OR Sun)
OR
5 Evenings (Mon - Fri - 5.30pm - 9pm only)

Our client provides customer contact services for over 100 major brands across Europe and employs over 20,000 people. Their mission is to develop long term relationships with employees, supporting their careers and advising them when suitable new opportunities arise. Their work is fun, exciting and has lots of potential for people who want to work as part of a lively and enthusiastic sales team
Due to ongoing development and expansion, they are now looking for motivated sales individuals with the skills and attitude to work on behalf of one of their most prestigious clients (B2C).

The role:
Working as part of a large team to make outbound sales calls (via a dialler system) to create sales opportunities for leading brand name products and services
Contacting consumer customers to expertly handle objections and to promote / benefits of the product/service
Working to targets in order to achieve bonus and maximise full revenue potential
Working to a set and proven structure to help you achieve your objectives and KPI’s
To remain pro-active in meeting quality procedures, contributing suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness and highlighting immediate or on-going issues.
Attend necessary training courses (internal and external) to maintain a high calibre of telephone and database skills and understanding of client requirements.

Skills / Experience Required:
You should ideally have current experience within a targeted sales environment HOWEVER, we are happy to talk to you if you feel that you have the determination to succeed and a winning personality!
Be self motivated and results driven
Be resilient in handling objections
Possess good questioning techniques and sound negotiation skills
Sound communication skills along with strong customer focussed ethics
A keen eye for detail
Knowledge and experience of using a computer/keyboard for data capture.
