We are now recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our site in Warrington.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the purpose of this role is to advise, develop and implement policies, procedures and practices to ensure that the Company is recognised as an employer of choice. You will ensure that both employees and the business are properly supported and developed and adhere to best HR practise. You will provide a comprehensive HR service ensuring that the organisation is supported to achieve business outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Working with the Senior HR Business Partner and Operations to implement the HR strategy to support the overall business strategy
• Embed HR systems and processes, ensuring full compliance
• Build and utilise market intelligence for recruitment and compensation purposes
• Establish and maintain performance management policies and procedures that ensure appropriate reward of performance and management of under performance
• Deliver the various daily, weekly and monthly data reports to provide meaningful Management Information, together with recommended courses of action where relevant
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure productive employee relations are consistently maintained in accordance with legislation and best practice.
• Oversee the service provided by the broader HR Department, closely managing the level of service provided by the HR Co-ordinator
Experience Required:
• Demonstrable leadership and management skills gained in a customer-focused environment
• A strong HR generalist background with excellent employee relations skills
• Experienced in Organisational Development – e.g. change management, culture development etc
• CIPD qualified, or working towards this
