We are currently looking to take on a Recruitment Officer to join our organisation.

Coming from a Recruitment background you will make a difference by driving and managing recruitment across various campaigns. This role will report into the Senior Recruitment Officer and will involve working in partnership with the Business Manager and Operational Managers of the sites to ensure that the standard of recruitment is of the highest level.

The role will be based in both our Warrington contact centre. However, it may also involve travelling to other locations on occasions, which can include overnight stays as and when required.

Skills and Experience
Experience of working in within a high volume recruitment based role is essential.
Good written and oral communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Experience of working to tight time lines without losing sight of priorities
Ability to collate and analyse information on recruitment and selection within the company
Strong attention to detail as well as excellent analytical and numerical skills
Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
Results-focused and committed to high personal standards and a desire to achieve.
Experience of Word, Excel and Powerpoint packages is essential
