Our client, a large Insolvency company based in Altrincham, is looking to recruit an experienced Post Appointment Manager / Team Leader to join their team. The company offers an excellent working environment alongside excellent on-site facilities and free car parking.

The successful candidate will have the ability look after a team of around 17 post appointment administrators. You must be able to resolve day-to-day technical queries, prepare, allocate and monitor work schedules, report MI to the IP, be progressive in future development of the department and be able to implement system changes and policy decisions of the Board. You will have reviewing responsibility for certain case before they are passed to the IP. You must support the IP in the smooth and efficient running of the department not only to achieve short and medium term targets but also to progress towards the long term requirements of the business.
