Job Description
My client is an independent insurance broker who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Account handler to join their existing team.
The purpose of the role is to maintain and service a book of existing and new commercial business in line with the requirements of the client and the account executives.
The role requires the successful candidate to:
- Maintain and service existing business by providing a professional service to existing clients at all times.
- Provide advice and information to Account Executives on matters of insurance marketing.
- Develop new business through pro active sales, including cross selling.
- Maintain records and handle paper work in a timely and accurate manner.
Already established in the commercial broking environment, you will have a good understanding of commercial policies and risks. You will be a good team player and possess excellent communication and relationship building skills.
