Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists to join one of the leading manufacturers/suppliers of building products based at their Warrington Head Office.  This role offers an abundance of potential career development, along with lots of focused training.

 The Role

 To provide qualified leads and book new business opportunities for the Sales team to help them achieve

company sales targets and improve profitability.

The key areas of responsibility for the Telemarketing Executive include:

• Sales
• Systems Update and Reporting
• Teamwork
• Knowledge

Principal Responsibilities

Sales

• To provide qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team, to generate new business.
• To follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate new prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business.
• To engage and interact with decision makers at a senior level to identify new and emerging business opportunities.
• To identify and qualify opportunities for cross selling products to generate business and increase profitability.
• To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services
• To communicate courteously with all customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships, and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.
