A unique opportunity has arisen to join one of Warringtons largest house builders as a sub-contract ledger clerk. You will be joining the team of 7 and reporting directly into a finance director. The team enjoys an excellent work-life balance, and team fit is an essential part of joining this company.

Ideally you will:

- Have an in depth background within Sub-Contract ledger and the construction industry.
- Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of IT, with good knowledge of Excel, word and any bespoke systems.
- Identify how to manage your own workload whilst prioritising others in order to benefit the team.
