My client are a successful multinational organisation based in the Birchwood area of Warrington and are currently seeking professional customer service advisors to work in their established contact centre.
The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with a variety of questions and queries regarding my client’s products. This will involve using the companies bespoke in-house system in order to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
The role involves working in a friendly and busy environment. You will be required to work to targets and must enjoy working in a busy target orientated environment.
The hours for the role will be on a rota basis between 0800am and 2000pm Monday to Friday, and between 0900am and 1700pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be expected to work an average of 1 weekend in 2.
The annual salary for the role will be £13,999 plus bonus. The company also offer an excellent benefits package including free gym membership, free parking, subsidised canteen.
