Our client a well known organisation are looking for Customer Relations Advisors to provide first line support to all customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Your roel will involve delivering first line telephone support for our customers. Ensuring that all customer service and billing enquiries are correctly identified and handled within established service level agreements. Your role will be also be to respond back to customers via written correspondence and email.
If you have customer service experience either face to face or via the telephone then this will be a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and create a great career.
In return you can expect a great salary of £14,040 + £3,000 performance bonus. The hours will be on a rota basis between 8am - 10pm over Mon - Fri and weekends between 8am - 6pm (1 in 3)
