Full Description:
My client is looking for an experienced project co-ordinator to join their Rail Property team based in Warrington. Working on a variety of Railway Property projects around the UK, such as station refurbishments and access improvements duties will include preparing job specifications, preparing risk assessments, method statements and safety plans and you will also be involved in the procurement of sub-contractors. Previous experience in a similar role required along with a good knowledge of Health and Safety and preparation of method statements, You must also be IT literate and educated to a minimum HNC level or equivalent in a relevant building discipline.
