| Our client, a reputable local employer, are currently looking to expand their existing workforce due to business growth. We are currently recruiting for individuals to work as telephone negotiators within their Birchwood Call Centre. Full training is provided, therefore we are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals, that can display a positive outlook to work. Duties will include Calling customers and negotiating payments on behalf of other clients. This includes agreeing payment terms for outstanding debt balances. Telephone negotiators need to address each customer's situation in a constructive manner and work with them to come to a repayment proposal that is beneficial to both parties.
