Our client a well known organisation are looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to provide first line support to all customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Delivering first line telephone support for our customers.
· Ensure that all customer service and billing enquiries are correctly identified and handled within established service level agreements.
· Handling of calls within quality guidelines.
If you have customer service experience either face to face or via the telephone then this will be a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and create a great career.
· Continually acquire knowledge that is necessary to successfully fulfil this role to a high standard and to grow and develop within the business.
· Carry out any other duties as requested by the Line Manager from time to time.
