| Our client is one of the most prestigious Company's in the UK and are looking for a number of Customer Relations Advisors to work weekends This vacancy is Part Time and is based in Birchwood, Warrington, so accessible to people who have use of a car or live in that area. Your role will be to take calls from customers with queries on their account, listen to their concerns, keep them informed of what you will do for them and find a solution. There will also be some outbound calls to make and you will also be required to do some administration - responding in writing to their correspondence, updating systems etc. All applicants will have excellent customer service skills, be customer focused, have a Call Centre background, be confident communicators and enjoy problem solving and going out of your way to help a customer. You must also have excellent written communication skills.
