North West Nursing & Care Agency Ltd was established in Widnes, October 2001.
All our agency staff are thoroughly vetted with a enhanced criminal records check. We require all staff to have 2 safisfactory references and 6 months experience.
All our qualified nurses are PIN checked with the Nursing & Midwifery Council and are completely upto date with training. Our agency is registered with the Commision for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). All nurses and carers are thoroughly inducted so that they understand all the companys policies and procedures.
We are also committed to maintaining and increasing the skill levels of all our staff by providing mandatory training such as Moving & Handling, First Aid and providing extra training as required. Our aim is to meet and exceed the national minimum standards for nursing agencies.
