I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to Bridget Newton for all the help and support she has given me and for making things so uncomplicated. Recruiting sales executives for a company who have only ever used newspaper advertising to attract staff I knew I would have my work cut out convincing them to try something new. I met with Bridget and having discussed the various options available from My Job Group we settled on job postings in the relevant areas and a CV search. Everything was explained to me clearly and any questions I had were answered promptly. Although I was sure this was the way forward others were not. I needed a good result from the jobs I posted to silence the sceptics.

The result I got was amazing. We had instant success. Not only did we receive a high volume of CV’s almost over night but the quality of the applicants was fantastic. Hi Fiona, Many thanks for your help with setting us up and finding the candidates we need. After much fruitless interviewing from newspaper advertisements it seems that after a week with you we have found the right person for the job. She applied in person on Friday, I interviewed her yesterday and she starts tomorrow! Fingers crossed. Having read all of the information about the company, which we were able to put online she had decided she wanted the job before I even interviewed her. I am sure this makes all the difference – job adverts in papers are so expensive if you want to give lots of information, and the next week as the saying goes  - your advert is wrapping the chips. Half of the previous applicants knew nothing about us when they arrived – and possibly as they left – there is so much to take in at an interview that reading up on the company before you arrive is the only way to take it all in.

All consultants have access and we find it as easy to use as our own website! The site overall is great for candidates to use and with the new advert being shown on our local TV station Granada increasing candidate attraction and flow. Lee and the My North West Jobs team have assisted us greatly in beginning use of the service - putting many jobs live on the site on our behalf, cutting time and effort for consultants. We have found the response to be excellent and the calibre of candidates coming through are better than some of the larger UK websites. This is due to the candidates being local, available and having relevant experience for the positions we are recruiting for in the area. Often on the larger sites we get candidates who are not in the area and even the country!! This makes it difficult for us to place candidates quickly due to relocation times. The customer service we have received so far has exceeded our expectations with the My North West Jobs team going further than we expected make our lives as easy as possible. We have not received a service like this from any of the other UK sites - one of the better known ones will not even unlock our access ID's when they get locked in!!
